Use a black embroidery thread to make the smile just one round below the eyes.
To make a pink cheeks, use pink yarn or pink make up powder.
Arms (make 2)

Leave a long tail and sew on between Rnd 8 and Rnd 9.
Hat
With purple yarn:

Change to black yarn:

Fasten off and leave a long tail to sew the hat on the head.
Use a yellow yarn and sew on the hat if you want to make it looks like a belt.
