Crochet Demogorgon free amigurumi pattern
Use this free amigurumi pattern to make your own crochet Demogorgon inspired by Stranger Things. To create the Demogorgon character you will need a chenille yarn and 3.5mm crochet hook. The size of the crochet Demogorgon depends on your yarn and hook combination.

Abbreviation used (US terms)

- ch – chain
- sl st – slip stitch
- sc – single crochet
- hdc – half double crochet
- dc – double crochet
- 3-tr Bobble st – 3 treble crochet bobble stitch

Head
With black yarn:
Rnd 1: 6 sc in a magic ring (6)
Rnd 2: 2 inc, (1 sc, inc)* 2 times (10)
Petals
Change color to red: ch 5, from the 2nd ch on the hook: sl st, sc, hdc, dc, skip the stitch at the base, through one sl st. Repeat 5 times.
Crochet the second piece in beige. Don’t cut the yarn at the end; you’ll need it for edging.
Edging
Petals (4 sc, inc at the top, 4 sc, sl st at the base of the head)* 5 times.
Cut the yarn, leaving the end for sewing pieces.
Body, arms, legs
Rnd 1: 6 sc in a magic ring (6)
Rnd 2-5: 6 sc (3 rounds)
Rnd 6: Crochet the first arm (ch10, from the second chain on the hook: 3-tr Bobble st, then 8 sl sl along the chain), then 2 inc on the body, crochet the second arm in the same way, 4 sc on the body (8)
Rnd 7: 8 sc (8)
Rnd 8: 4 dec (4)
Rnd 9: Crochet the first leg as the arm, 2 sl st on the body, crochet the second leg, sl st on the body, cut the yarn, sew up the opening.
Sew the head to the neck.
