There are two different methods to increase the single crochet stitch in the round – the regular increase stitch, and the invisible increase stitch. The invisible increase stitch is an alternative to the regular increase stitch if you notice that doing a regular increase stitch is creating holes in your amigurumi. If you do the invisible increase, you pull less on the same hole and therefore don’t have as big of a hole.
